We at J & M Multi Services Boutique™ carries in-house inventory and non-inventory products. We work with suppliers that are both local and from around the world to source high quality products. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business days and typically arrive at their destination in the US within 5-7 business days after having been shipped from the dedicated Fulfilled center. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or Federal holidays. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities, so as a company we are dedicated in processing all orders right after they are placed. Once your order has been placed, you have 2 hours to modify or cancel.
If you bought multiple items, they may ship separately. However, as soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. For security reasons, we do not ship or deliver to Post Office Boxes. - We do not currently support shipping to any other country than the US just yet but plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
It is very important to provide accurate shipping information in your order. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded. - We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
Please note you may not be able to track your package(s) right away. It can take 72 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information. (And thanks for your support!! )
